Ever wanted to blend multiple feeds and create a single feed?
I love this Chimp!
This chimp likes to eat multiple blog feeds and create a single new feed out of them.
All you have to do is add multiple feeds and hit the “Chomp Chomp” button!
Then give your Mix a Name and they will give you a url where the new feed can be found. Distribute that link if you want others to get hold of it, just in case someone wants to subscribe to it.
And here is an example Chimpfeedr:
Creative wordpress
I created it by blending feeds for three wordpress.com global tags – art, music, photography.
Something tells me I should subscribe to that feed and use it as an aid to enhance my creativity!

It is really cool! I am using it for quite a some time…
By the way Mailchimp is another useful mechanism…
Hi maq,
Yep, it is so cool! Thanks for the link!
Netty Gritty, what are your blog stats?
Also, if you have time, can you help me improve my website?
Hello Hypertextfinity,
My blog stats? Why are you curious?
You guys have hit me millions of times….. that’s all I want to reveal.
As for help about your site, if it is a free wordpress.com blog, then I guess I can help. If you can tell me what sort of help you need, I might be able to give you suggestions.
Would you know how to do this for wordpress.com AND automatically display the post titles?
I write and feed several blogs. It would be cool if I could feed some titles from several blogs through 1 widget. I realize that the blog titles from multiple sources will result in a static list of titles. But that would be just fine for now.
Hi Jean,
What you want can be achieved if you use the RSS widget in the side bar or footer. Just paste the new RSS feed url in the RSS widget and the latest post titles will appear as soon as you make a post in one of your blogs or from elsewhere (depends on which feeds you chose to build the mix).
It is also possible to add a different kind of RSS widget in a page or post, so that the latest titles are automatically added in a page or post. If you need help with that, just ask!
I know how to use the RSS widget for the latest blog postings for 1 blog and have titles listed.
If you go to my blog now, it lists tagged articles through the widget. Tag was ‘bike art’ and pulled in from 1 blog only. How would the coding statement look, if I wanted to blend in 3 blogs for same topic? OR 2 different topics/tags (but related?).
Did you want me to ask on the wordpress.com forums?
Check out the bottom of my side bar. It has an RSS widget that says Creative wordpress (it might be gone soon).
It looks like the feed burned at Chimpfeedr works the same way as the “ordinary” blog feeds provided by wordpress.com. So, you get the idea.
No, I wanted you to ask me if you want an RSS widget that can be displayed in a page/post – because that is possible, but not using the RSS widget that wordpress.com offers.
